Read the following article from the Wall Street Journal called "Career Journal: Recruiters Fail To Check Past Of Some Hires", CLICK HERE FOR ARTICLE

Then respond to the following:

The law allows for checks of various sorts in the recruitment and selection process.

- What are some the trade-offs that private sector organizations make in deciding whether or not to conduct investigations, tests, or other pre-employment inquiries of employees?
